TDC's and TDC Crate Basis of Estimate

The TDC crates consist of 10 TDC in a standard CDF VME crate. These parts are identical to those which already exist in the system.

- The TDC's will be recycled and have a value of $4800/TDC
- The crate will be recycled and has a value of $5000
- The crate power supply will be purchased. The cost last time was ~$2500.
- The crate processor will be purchased. The previous cost was ~$2500.
- The Tracer board will be recycled and has a value of $5000.

I am attaching PS files with POs for CPUs, Power supplies and Crates. For
the TRACERs and TDCs the only reasonable method is to go to the 2A upgrade
spreadsheets since these are not just single POs.

Remember:
1. You can't buy the crate, they aren't made anymore. Ok if you had $50
you could.

2. I assumed you were buying a Crate Processor.

3. I assumed we would have you buy a power supply module as a spare but
not the full assembly. This will cost slightly less (few hundred$)

4. Again TDCs and TRACER come from spares.

5. You will need to also get infrastructure cabline at cost of ~$1K.

Given 1 and 4, I don't see that you actaully need prices for those.

Crates (POs 500406 + 518308) = $3505each + ($19649.70/215 = $91) = 3596.40 each
Power Supplies (PO 518753): take $370,512 / 110 = 3368.29 each
VME Processor (PO 514806): $2235 each actual cost will be higher since
will be buying in smaller quantity.
